越南秋藤，叫“秋藤”是因为每年须在10、11月采集经过晒、煮、晾晒等处理，再以手工编制。编制好的藤品又须要用一种纯自天然的树脂“沁、淋”使之定型，再风干晾晒，有的还用特殊的干草点燃，以烟火熏制，达到上色、除虫、保久的目的。所以本店的藤垫选料考究、继承传统编制工艺，质量可靠品质上乘

 

藤编一般经过打藤（削去藤上的节疤）、拣藤、洗藤、晒藤、拗藤、拉藤(刨藤)、削藤、漂白、染色、编织、等十几道工序，所有藤编做好之后均由烟薰烘烤着色。火候要掌握得恰当好处。这样白色的藤条上细微的毛刺才能去除却又不至于烤坏成品。时间却要很长。这样藤编上才能长久保留着烟薰的淡淡香味。表面才能着上人工所无法达到的色泽。

 

藤编垫单片有8cm、10cm、13cm、16cm、18cm、20cm 6种规格，套装的有10cm\\\\13cm\\\\16cm三种规格的，花式茶垫有碗型的。
