青花艺术
清丽、雅致的青花瓷，是我国传统名瓷。在景德镇的四大传统名瓷中，青花瓷器为其冠首。古人说：“五彩过于华丽，殊鲜逸气，而青花则较五彩隽逸。”青花瓷虽然色泽单一，但看来并不觉得单调。在绘瓷艺人的生花妙笔下，浓抹淡施、粗细有致；或刻意求工，层次分明；或寥寥数笔，都使人感到美不可言。
青花瓷历史悠久，据考古工作者发现，唐代时河南省的巩县窑就有原始青花制作。到了元代江西景德镇已能生产装饰精致的产品了。明代青花瓷在元代基础上更是光彩夺目，无论是景德镇的官窑，还是各地民窑，都不乏有精美之作。特别是永乐、宣德和成化、嘉靖及万历朝官窑烧制的青花瓷，以其胎釉精细、青色浓艳、造型多样、装饰丰富而著名于世。
