买家收到东西如果发现和描述不附，或者不能正常使用，请在收货24小时内和我们联系，我们将及时给你解决

 

    瓷器在生产过程中不可避免的会产生一些瑕疵，国家出台了等级标准，里面详细规定了正品允许的瑕疵的程度，感兴趣的朋友可以搜索日用陶瓷等级标准查阅，正品不等于。
买家收到东西，如果觉得和想象的不同，或者说不喜欢，可退换，但买家必须承担所有的运费，及中途破损风险。

 

路上破损赔偿细则1：（适用快递和物流）
    你如果是选择了快递公司或物流发货，到货时请当快递员面验收，如万一出现破损，也请您放心的签收，只需要在面单签名的后面写上破了什么东西（不必拒收），再通知我们，我们会尽快给你照单补发，所有费用我们承担。

 

    如果您没能当快递面检查就签收了，请及时及时检查，在您收到东西24小时内和我们联系，我们一般会要求您提供相应的照片，见照片后我们会给您补发。
如果您没当快递面验收，又没在24小时内和我联系，再出现破损，如果需要补发，我们将按成本价格收费

 

路上破损赔偿细则2：（适用邮局）
    邮局的平邮和快递包裹由于是要到柜台填单取货，所以很难先检查在签收，加上邮局又不准时，又不负责，建议您别选择平邮，如果觉得快递贵，我们可以尽量使用物流发货，费用和邮局查不多
如果您选择了平邮，请您收到东西及时检查，如有破损请在收到东西24小时内和我们联系，我们会要您提供相应的照片，见照片后我们会给您补发，但您要承担所需运费
平邮实在是麻烦，请您谨慎选择
如果还有为尽事宜，我们将本着公平合理的原则，和您友好协商解决
